At the recent Star Award ceremonies, Sue Robson told staff why Coral Chaproniere, Hayley Davies, Karen Yale, Tanya Cartwright, Sam Smith, Letitia Bate and Deb Haley had been chosen for the Team Awards. She had received the following e-mail;

‘From the first minute your carers came into our home, we were bowled over by their kindness, compassion and professionalism. They were punctual-did more than needed, were kind to us and our dear brother and went over and above their duties.
It goes without saying that caring should be a vocational job, all I can say is, your carers were perfect for their jobs, angels on earth.
We want to say more than thank you, they made a sad week into less sad, they made a difficult time much less difficult, they advised us when we needed advice and we were, as I say, bowled over.
We will never forget the SUPREME carers you were.
So, Ms Robson, thank you from all our hearts, our brother was much loved by his huge family and cared for like a king by your company, thank you thank you, thank you….’
