Supreme Home Care has celebrated the long service of two of its workers. Becky Harris joined the company in 2012 an is a valued member of the Supreme Team in the North Telford area. Founder Director, Sue Robson said’ Becky is such a caring person, always thinking of ways to improve the lives of her clients, she is the first to organise fund raising or collecting for good causes, she’s such an asset to the Company.’
Amy Hutchings, the Care Manager said ‘We were delighted to be able to surprise our volunteer worker, Eunice Blackmore with her 10 year long-service award. Eunice was here when the company started, helping Jacky and Sue to get started. She comes in every week, usually bringing treats with her ,to do all our filing and help in the office.’
At the recent staff meeting Supreme Home care announced its latest recognition initiative for staff. In additional to the ‘Star Awards’ for exceptional service, all staff will now be eligible for new recognition awards for both management and care delivery.
Amy said ‘being a professional carer is not very glamorous. It’s often hard work but when done properly a really rewarding, lifelong job. We think we have found another way to recognise our longstanding, experienced carers for all that they continue to do for our clients. We can’t wait to make the first awards.’
