Following a successful Inspection in November, Supreme Home Care has finally received confirmation of its ‘Good’ CQC rating. The latest report was posted on the CQC website this week.
‘We felt that we had had a good year and the Inspector confirmed this for us’ said Amy Hutchings the Registered Care Manager. ‘The Inspector said that the service was ‘well run’ and ‘very good’ I was particularly pleased to receive confirmation that our staff are well trained and that we offer good training opportunities – without good staff training and support, you can’t be sure that clients are receiving the care that they need’.
Jacky Earnshaw, Director of Care said ‘We had lovely feedback from our clients. One told the Inspector that they would 100% recommend us to others, we can’t ask for better than that. The Inspector also confirmed that our staff felt valued by the Company, we are so proud of all our staff who work to a consistently high standard and are very committed to their clients. It’s good to receive confirmation that the feeling is a mutual one’
Local nurses, Jacky Earnshaw and Sue Robson set up Supreme Home Care 10 years ago and have established the Company as a professional agency chosen by the NHS, Local Authorities and private clients in Telford Newport and Shrewsbury. Jacky is about to retire but the agency will continue with Sue and Amy at the helm.
