For one family, Supreme Home Care are facilitating this aspiration and have been recognised for their professionalism at the Shropshire Care Awards by being nominated as the Care Team of the Year across Shropshire.
The Company has assigned an agreed Team of designated Care Workers to the family. The staff are trained to deliver the specific techniques necessary to keep the client safe and well. Before changes are proposed to the Care Team they are discussed with the family, similarly the competence of staff is also discussed, as is the confidence felt by the family in each individual member of the team.

Amy Hutching the Care Manager said ‘ There is a true partnership between the family and us, with close dialogue about rotas, staff competence, changes to the client’s condition and proposed treatment or care techniques, we all work together to keep this gentleman at home and at the heart of his family.’
