Congratulations to Kate Richards who has received her 5 year long-service award. Kate joined the Company in December 2015, although she had cared for children, she had not been a professional carer for adults before. Whilst she has been with the Company, she has completed her Level 2 Diploma in Social Care and has also achieve her Essential English qualification, she is one of the Company’s Care Practitioners and has received numerous nominations for the ‘You’re a Star’ award from her clients.
