Supreme Home Care has just recognised another loyal member of staff with a long service award. Leanne Lockley joined the Company in spring 2011 and has been recognised for her five years of service to her clients with Supreme. Mother of three, soon to be four, Leanne received her long-service award from the Company’s founder Directors Jacky Earnshaw and Sue Robson.
Amy Hutchings the Registered Care Manager said ‘Leanne is an excellent carer, and we, and her clients will miss her whilst she is on maternity leave. In her five years with us she has been recognised 3 times through our star award for exceptional care and she has also been recognised for her reliability.’
One of her client’s husbands stated ‘Leanne is a very friendly carer, she is good with my wife, sometimes it’s difficult but Leanne manages really well’.
Jacky Earnshaw recalls appointing Leanne and watching her develop her skills and confidence. ‘Leanne is particularly good with clients who have mental health problems and dementia; recently, knowing she was going to be away for a time, she prepared a memory book of photos for one of her clients. That was such a thoughtful gesture.’
Leanne thanked the Company for her award and for keeping in touch. She said ‘Supreme Home Care is like a family to me’.
