Supreme Home Care has a standard list of charges available on request. Following an assessment of your needs, a written quote will be issued to you giving the exact weekly cost of care.
When it has been confirmed that Supreme Home Care in Telford is going to provide your care, you will be issued with a ‘contract’ which sets out the Business Agreement between Supreme Home Care and yourself. This contract covers for example; our insurance cover, charges and arrangements for paying for care. You will need to read and sign this contract and keep a copy for your own reference.
If you are paying for your own care you will receive a bill every 28 days for services, these are issued after your care has been delivered, with payment (on-line, by cheque or cash) due within 7 days.
If the cost of care is being met by your Local Authority or the NHS a contract and payment will be arranged directly.
