We deliberately recruit a mix of experienced Care Workers and people new to care, a range of ages and a mix of genders as we find this dynamic mix provides the best team of staff from which to choose care workers for our clients.

Staff are paid;
After an initial probation period, usually 6 months, staff can be considered for a ‘contracted hours’ contract of employment.
Staff receive paid annual leave for 5.6 weeks per year, paid at the time they take their holiday.
We expect our staff to meet a set of standards when caring for our clients
