Supreme Home Care was established in Telford and Newport in 2006 by its two founder Directors Jacky Earnshaw and Sue Robson. Both have now retired and handed over the reins to Rick Kaul who is determined to continue to provide the same quality of care.
The company has gradually extended its reach and is now able to offer services in Shrewsbury, Telford, Newport and the surrounding areas including east Staffordshire (Gnosall area). In 2013 Supreme Home Care acquired the domiciliary care arm of Coverage Care and in 2023 were awarded the contract to support the care needs of the tenants at Chilcott Gardens.
The Company started in Newport with offices at the Newport Cottage Care Centre. When it out-grew the office accommodation there, it moved its current office base into Central Park in Telford
Supreme Home Care is a recognised provider for Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin and Staffordshire Councils. The Company has a large and increasing number of private clients.
Supreme Home Care also provides out of hours and emergency carer support services to prevent hospital readmissions. Reablement services for 6 weeks to improve clients independence and a rapid hospital discharge or "Bridging" service whilst long term services are bring put in place.
Supreme Home Care in Telford is managed by Amy Hutchings the Registered Care Manager for this service. Amy joined the Company in February 2012 to head up the Telford based Team. Educated in West Bromwich, she started in the Social Care sector in 1997 and has been a Registered Care Manager since 2005.
Amy has three area managers working for her. They take the day to day responsibility for ensuring our clients receive the care they need and that the standards of care delivered remain consistently high.
We also have a team of Senior Carers; experienced carers who work with staff and clients 24/7 to offer advice, answer queries, solve problems and keep staff and clients safe and well.
